Cookie Policy

In short
Until you choose in the banner, this site does not contact Google and installs no analytics cookies. The Google Analytics script is downloaded only after an explicit "accept" from you. Declining takes exactly one click, same as accepting, and costs you nothing of the service.
What we always use
Two entries only, saved in your browser's memory (localStorage — not cookies, never sent to any server):

They are strictly necessary for the site to work and by law require no consent. They identify no one and do not follow your browsing elsewhere.
One more thing runs without asking your permission, and you deserve to know which: Cloudflare Turnstile, the check that tells a person apart from an automated program. It loads only when you open the request form — not while you read the pages — and its job is to stop the form being flooded with fake submissions. At that moment Cloudflare receives your IP address and some technical characteristics of your browser. It does not profile you, does not follow you elsewhere and is not used for statistics. It falls under the security measures necessary to provide the service you asked for, which is why the law requires no prior consent.
What we use only with your consent
Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, tells us how many people visit the site, which pages they arrive from and at which step of the request they stop. We use it to understand what is not working.
How we configured it:
- anonymised IP address;
- Google advertising signals disabled (
allow_google_signals: false); - ad personalisation disabled;
- no data shared with advertising networks.

If you decline, these cookies are never created. If you accept and later change your mind, we delete them the moment you save the new choice.
What is not here
No advertising cookies, no Meta or TikTok pixel, no cross-site tracking, no commercial profiling, no data passed to third parties for marketing.

At the bottom of every page you will find the Cookie preferences link: it reopens the banner and lets you change your choice at any time. Alternatively you can clear cookies from your browser settings.
